丹色さんでのランチのメインプレートです。
ランチメニューはひとつなのですが、席に着くとまず、アレルギー、宗教上のタブー、好み等で食べられないものがあるかと訊いてもらえます。
もし食べられない食材があると、他の物に変更してもらえるので、安心です。
メインプレートはお刺身・焼き魚・野菜の炊き合わせ・香の物などが少しずついろとりどりに盛り付けてあって、目で楽しみそれから口で楽しむ♪日本料理の粋を堪能できます。
こちらでは、お醤油もこだわっていて、この写真の日は早春だったので、季節を感じられるふきのとうのお醤油でした。
添えられた花にも季節を満喫できました。

Here is a photo of the lunch plate at Niiro,Motomachi, Kobe.
They have one special course for lunch, though, you wold be asked if you have any food stuff which is taboo,allergic or dislike.
You don’t need to worry about food stuff at all!
Main plate is so colorful with vegetables and fish.
Sashimi is served with their original soysource, It was spring flower soysource at this time.
It is Japanese cuisine to enjoy on your eyes first, then enjoy on your tongue.
A blanch of peach bloom would give you a bless of spring too.

神戸元町にある日本料理のお店、丹色さんに行ってきました。
こちらは創作日本料理をリーズナブルなお値段で提供してくださるとってもおいしいお店です。
写真は最初に訪れた春の物ですが、その後も何度も訪れている、千晶のお気に入りのお店です。
お店の名前、丹色はにいろと呼び、その字の通り、丹頂鶴からきています。
鶴のモチーフの器や丹頂鶴のとさかの赤が基調となったお皿など、目にもうつくしくたのしませてくれます。
今回はランチタイムにお邪魔しました。

We visited Niiro, Japanese restaurant in Motomachi , Kobe.
We can enjoy Japanese nouvelle cuisine here at Niiro in a reasonable price.
They can take religious request like Halal.
The photo was taken in the early spring, though, we have visited there many times.
It is one of my most favorite places.
The name of Niiro 丹色 is from the word of a red-crested white crane, 丹頂鶴.
There are many tableware of crane and red plates of red crest.
Please enjoy our lunch time at Niiro.

That is a shopping mall which is located between sennichimae station and nambastaion.
This shopping mall is located undergrand. So you can enjoy shopping without worring about rainy.
There is a kujira(whale in english)park in mall.
That park has statue of whale! very funny.
I wiil take you there by kaigotaxi .let`s enjoy shopping with NAKKAN!!

NAMBA is the most biggest downtown in Osaka area.
She is running a este shop in fuse area ,near NAMBA.
She started new business for forigen tourist.

The other day(28.july) Motomachi yoichi took place in motomachi shopping mall.
There was a lot of temporary shop in that street.
A lot fo people enjoyed this festival.
Every year , motomachi yoichi takes place the end of july.
When you come KOBE in this season, you can enjoy this festival!!
Let`s enjoy this festival with NAKKAN. Of course I will pick you up there by kaigo-taxi.
